True SVF Cell Isolation

The Microlyzer SVF Kit offers you the perfect system for obtaining a high mesenchymal stem cell population without using enzymes. After harvesting fatty tissue from your patients abdominal area, the tissue is processed through a series of steps to isolate mesenchymal stem cells via SVF techniques. These cells are used to treat non-healing wounds, burns, and serious injuries.

Lipoaspiration

Box 1 - Harvesting Set: Includes all the Lipoaspiration consumables required to harvest fatty tissue from the stomach easily and comfortably. Includes an aspiration syringe with unique locking fins, Single Use Cannula, sterile centrifuge buckets and special decantation apparatus.

Fat Condensing

Box 2 - Fat Condensation Set: In order to begin processing the tissue, the 2nd box contains uniquely adaptive syringes that convert into centrifugation tubes. The fat is centrifuged, separating the Triglyceride, Condensed Fat, and Tumescence.

Micronizing

Box 3 - Micronising Set: After discarding tumescence and triglyceride, the condensed fat is broken up through a series of microlyzers, that break down the connective structure of the mesenchymal stem cells, making them viable for reinjection.

SVF Isolation

Box 4 - SVF Cell Isolation: After a second process of centrifugation, the SVF layer is easily separated from the oil and fat, before being collected using two 10ml PRF tubes and a long needle, Finally, debris is filtered through a final microlyzer and is then ready to inject in conjunction with PRP.
