Shipping policy

Estimated delivery times

All our orders are shipped directly from the UK. If your order is in stock we estimate 1-2 working days for UK delivery and 3-4 working days for orders outside the UK. If a product is not in stock the lead time for your order may be slightly longer. Please do not hesitate to contact us, either by phone or email, for an accurate estimated delivery time. 

Shipping charges

Shipping charges should be accurate for weights up to 30kg in the UK or 20kg anywhere outside the UK, at the time of ordering. For weights over 30kg in the UK or 20kg anywhere outside the UK, we will confirm the shipping cost with you before processing the order.

For international orders

You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in. Hawksley has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
