Advanced PRP and Exomine Training
Please note, you must be phlebotomy trained in order to participate in the Advanced PRP and Exomine Training.
Unlock the power of regenerative medicine with our Advanced PRP and Exomine Training – a hands-on, one-day, in-person course focused on the latest breakthroughs in Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Exomine – autologous, platelet-derived exosomes. Gain cutting-edge knowledge and practical skills to elevate your treatments and stay ahead in this rapidly evolving field. Discover how these advanced therapies can enhance patient outcomes and revolutionise your practice.
What is PRP?
Platelets, also known as thrombocytes, are essential for blood clotting and play a critical role in tissue repair and regeneration. These small, colourless cell fragments not only form clots to stop or prevent bleeding but also release a variety of growth factors that promote cell reproduction and accelerate healing in the surrounding tissue. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) is a technique that concentrates and isolates platelets, which are then reinjected into a targeted area to trigger the body's natural healing process. PRP is used in a wide range of therapeutic applications, including aesthetic treatments, hair restoration, dermatology, orthopaedics, and even veterinary medicine, offering versatile and effective healing support."
What is Exomine?
Exosomes are microscopic particles released from cells, classified under a broader group known as extracellular vesicles (EVs). These vesicles are vital in cell-to-cell communication, serving as messengers that help direct the body's responses. Exosomes, the smallest type of EV, measure just 30 to 150 nanometres across but carry a rich cargo of biological materials such as DNA, RNA, proteins, and lipids—essential for maintaining cellular health and communication. Research shows that exosomes play a significant role in promoting myelin formation, supporting neurite growth, and enhancing neuronal survival, making them crucial contributors to tissue repair and regeneration."
T-Lab has developed a groundbreaking product that addresses common issues associated with exosome treatments. This new product features 30 billion exosomes derived autologously from the patient’s own blood, ensuring:
- Injectable Safety: Since the exosomes come from the patient’s own body, the treatment is completely injectable and poses no long-term risks.
- High Efficacy: Using the patient’s own exosomes ensures full biocompatibility and effectiveness.
A typical injectable treatment involves 4-5 ml of Exomine, providing a total of 20-25 billion exosomes per treatment. Most synthetically derived exosome products offer a total of only 5 billion exosomes for an entire treatment.
Exomine's higher concentration of exosomes per millilitre and per treatment sets it apart from synthetic alternatives, delivering a significantly greater number of active vesicles for enhanced therapeutic outcomes.
The Course
This comprehensive one-day course is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional PRP and Exomine treatments. The morning session will focus on the theoretical foundations and scientific principles behind both platelet-rich plasma and platelet-derived exosomes. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to observe a live demonstration with a model, reinforcing the practical application of the techniques learned.
